Limited Liability Statement
I acknowledge that participation in physical activities (including dance and movement) carries inherent risks. I agree to participate at my own risk and release all facilitators from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the retreat.
I agree to hold harmless all facilitators from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I will not hold anyone liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during, or after this event. Furthermore, I agree to follow event guidelines and facility policies and I take full responsibility for my own behavior, in addition to any damage I may cause to the facility or event equipment.
Please inform facilitators of any physical limitations or health concerns prior to the event.
Refund Policy –
To honor our planning and commitment to this gathering, all registrations are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens. If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person up to 7 days before the retreat date. Please email us with the updated participant information.
Photo/Media Release: We may take photos during the retreat for promotional purposes. By registering, you consent to being photographed and having your image used in our marketing materials and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the creative day.
Accessibility: We are committed to making this workshop accessible to all participants. Please contact us prior to the event if you have accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, or require accommodations so we can support your full participation.
Participant Requirements: This workshop is designed for women ages 18+.
Cancellation by Organizers: In the unlikely event that we must cancel the workshop, participants will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for travel expenses or other costs incurred.
Code of Conduct/Community Agreement: This workshop is a brave space for exploration and creativity. We ask all participants to approach the day with respect, openness, and confidentiality. What's shared in the space stays in the space.
